Description

COF Q Tablet is a multi-symptom relief medication used to treat various symptoms of the common cold and respiratory tract infections. Its combination of active ingredients works synergistically to address multiple symptoms:

• Paracetamol (325 mg): An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces fever and alleviates pain.

• Bromhexine (8 mg): A mucolytic agent that helps in thinning and loosening mucus in the airways.

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg): An antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.

• Guaifenesin (100 mg): An expectorant that helps in clearing mucus from the airways.

• Phenylephrine (10 mg): A decongestant that reduces nasal congestion by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages.

Uses:

• Relief from common cold symptoms

• Alleviation of nasal congestion and sinus pressure

• Reduction of fever and associated discomfort

• Relief from wet cough and throat irritation

Dosage:

• Typically, one tablet every 4–6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours.

• Should be taken as directed by a healthcare professional.
