CONCOR AM-5 – TAB

Description

Concor AM 5 Tablet is manufactured by Merck Ltd and is commonly prescribed for:

• Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Lowers elevated blood pressure, reducing the risk of strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.

• Coronary Artery Disease (CAD): Helps in managing chest pain (angina) and improving blood flow to the heart.

• Heart Failure: Aids in improving heart function and symptoms.

The tablet contains:

• Bisoprolol (5 mg): A beta-blocker that slows down the heart rate and reduces the force of each heartbeat, thereby decreasing the heart’s demand for oxygen.

• Amlodipine (5 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood.
