Description

Amlosafe 3D Tablet is a fixed-dose combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains:

• Telmisartan (40 mg) – an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of certain substances that constrict blood vessels.

• Amlodipine (5 mg) – a calcium channel blocker (CCB) that relaxes and widens blood vessels, improving blood flow.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) – a thiazide diuretic that helps eliminate excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood volume and lowering blood pressure.

This combination therapy is beneficial for patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by a single medication. It works synergistically to lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

Usage Instructions:

• Dosage: Follow the dosage prescribed by your healthcare provider.

• Administration: Take the tablet once daily, with or without food. Swallow it whole with a glass of water; do not chew or crush.

• Timing: Try to take it at the same time each day to help remember.
