Description

AMLOVAS AT 25 Tablet is a prescription medication manufactured by Macleods Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. It combines two active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure.

• Atenolol (25 mg): A beta-blocker that slows the heart rate and reduces the heart’s workload, helping to lower blood pressure and manage chest pain.

This combination therapy is used to treat:

• Hypertension (high blood pressure)

• Angina pectoris (chronic chest pain)

• Prevention of heart attack in high-risk patients

Dosage and Administration:

• Dosage: As prescribed by your healthcare provider.

• Administration: Take the tablet once daily, with or without food. Swallow it whole with a glass of water; do not chew or crush.
