Description

Coolet JR 15mg Tablet, manufactured by Healthon Lifesciences Pvt Ltd, is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that contains Lansoprazole. Lansoprazole works by inhibiting the gastric proton pump, an enzyme responsible for the production of stomach acid. By reducing acid secretion, it helps in the healing of ulcers and alleviates symptoms associated with acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.

Uses:

• Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Management of erosive esophagitis

• Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

• Prevention and treatment of stomach and duodenal ulcers

• Eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection when used in combination with appropriate antibiotics

Dosage and Administration:

Coolet JR 15mg Tablet should be taken as prescribed by a healthcare professional. It is generally recommended to take the tablet once daily, preferably in the morning, at least one hour before a meal. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose.

Side Effects:

• Headache

• Nausea

• Abdominal pain

• Constipation or diarrhea

• Flatulence
