Description

Cortel 3D Tablet is prescribed when single antihypertensive agents are insufficient to control blood pressure. The synergistic action of its components provides comprehensive blood pressure management:

• Telmisartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels.

• Cilnidipine inhibits calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle, leading to vessel relaxation.

• Chlorthalidone promotes the excretion of sodium and water, reducing blood volume and pressure.

Dosage and Administration

• Dosage: Typically, one tablet daily, as prescribed by a healthcare provider.

• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with or without food.
