Description

COSPIAQ 25 TAB contains Pioglitazone Hydrochloride 25 mg, an oral antidiabetic agent belonging to the thiazolidinedione class. It is prescribed to patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control, especially when diet, exercise, and other antidiabetic medications alone are insufficient.

Pioglitazone works by increasing the body’s sensitivity to insulin, allowing better glucose uptake by muscle and adipose tissues.
