BASALOG Refill contains Insulin Glargine 100 IU/mL, a long-acting insulin analogue designed to help manage blood glucose levels in patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It provides a steady release of insulin over 24 hours with no significant peak, helping to regulate fasting blood glucose levels.

This refill cartridge is designed for use with compatible insulin pens, making it convenient for patients who require insulin therapy. It is typically administered once daily at the same time each day, either alone or in combination with short-acting insulins or oral antidiabetic drugs.

  • Insulin Glargine (rDNA origin): 100 IU/mL

• Indications:

  • Type 1 diabetes: Typically combined with short-acting insulin
