Uses:

Betadine Gargle is indicated for:

• Treatment and prevention of infections in the mouth and throat, including sore throats, gingivitis, and mouth ulcers.

• Maintaining oral hygiene.

• Cleansing the mouth before, during, and after dental and oral surgeries.

Dosage and Administration:

• Dilution: Dilute the gargle with an equal amount of water.

• Usage: Use the solution to rinse or gargle for at least 30 seconds.

• Frequency: Repeat every 2 to 4 hours as needed or as directed by a healthcare provider.

• Note: Do not swallow the solution.

Side Effects:

Some individuals may experience:

• Burning, irritation, itching, or redness at the application site.

• Allergic reactions, though rare.
