Description

Advastat ASP 10 Tablet is a prescription medication that combines two active ingredients:

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): A statin that inhibits the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme, reducing cholesterol production in the liver. This leads to lower levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides, while increasing HDL (good cholesterol).

• Aspirin (75 mg): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with antiplatelet properties. It prevents blood platelets from clumping together, reducing the formation of blood clots that can lead to heart attacks and strokes.
