Preparation Instructions:

1. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to lukewarm.

2. Pour 130 ml of lukewarm water into a bowl.

3. Add 50g (approximately 6 leveled scoops) of Ceregrow powder.

4. Mix well until the cereal is smooth.

5. Serve immediately using a clean spoon.
