Description

BACLOF OD 10 Tablet is an extended-release formulation of Baclofen 10 mg, a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant. It is prescribed for the management of muscle spasticity resulting from conditions like multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, stroke, and spinal cord injuries .

Baclofen functions by activating GABA_B receptors in the spinal cord and brain, leading to the inhibition of nerve signals that cause muscle tightness and spasms. The extended-release design of BACLOF OD 10 ensures a steady release of medication, providing prolonged relief and reducing the frequency of dosing .
