Description

Cerulin Ear Drops is an otic preparation designed to manage conditions like impacted ear wax and keratosis. Its multi-ingredient formulation includes:

• Paradichlorobenzene (2% w/v): Helps in breaking down and reducing the thickness of hardened ear wax, making it easier to remove.

• Benzocaine (2.5% w/v): Acts as a local anesthetic to alleviate pain and discomfort associated with ear conditions.

• Chlorbutol (5% w/v): Serves as a wax softener, aiding in the gentle dissolution of ear wax.

• Turpentine Oil (15% w/v): Functions as a lubricating agent, soothing the ear canal and assisting in the removal of debris.

This combination ensures effective softening and removal of ear wax while providing symptomatic relief from associated discomfort.

Usage Instructions:
Instill 2-3 drops into the affected ear 3-4 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. The drops are for external use only and should be used with caution in individuals with kidney or liver conditions, hearing problems, or neurological disorders. Not recommended for children under 1 year of age.
