CILAMET XL 50 Tablet is a combination medication that includes:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure.

• Metoprolol Succinate (50 mg): A beta-blocker that slows down the heart rate and reduces the force of heart contractions, further aiding in blood pressure control.
