Clarinova Dry Syrup 30 ml is a macrolide antibiotic formulated to combat bacterial infections in pediatric patients. It contains Clarithromycin 125 mg per 5 ml and is indicated for the treatment of infections such as:

  • Upper and lower respiratory tract infections

  • Otitis media (middle ear infections)

  • Skin and soft tissue infections

  • Helicobacter pylori-associated peptic ulcers

Dosage and Administration:

  • Preparation: Reconstitute the syrup by adding 35 ml of boiled and cooled water to the bottle containing the dry powder. Shake well until the granules are fully dissolved.

  • Dosage: Administer the prescribed dose based on the child’s weight and the severity of the infection.

  • Frequency: Typically given twice daily, with or without food.

  • Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, administer it as soon as remembered unless it’s almost time for the next dose. Do not double doses.
