Description

Cilnep-T Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of essential hypertension in adults. It combines:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels by inhibiting calcium entry into smooth muscle cells, reducing blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that dilates blood vessels by blocking the action of a hormone that constricts blood vessels, further lowering blood pressure.

Together, these components provide a dual mechanism to effectively lower blood pressure, improving cardiovascular health and reducing the risk of complications such as heart attack and stroke.

Dosage & Administration: Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow it whole; do not crush or chew. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
