COSVATE G CREAM

Description

Cosvate G Cream is a prescription-only topical formulation manufactured by Oaknet Healthcare Pvt Ltd. It combines two active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): A high-potency corticosteroid that alleviates inflammation, itching, and redness by suppressing the production of inflammatory mediators.

• Gentamicin (0.1%): An aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, thereby preventing the growth of bacteria causing skin infections.

Indications:
Cosvate G Cream is primarily used to treat:

• Bacterial skin infections

• Inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis

Dosage and Administration:
Apply a thin layer of Cosvate G Cream to the affected area 1–2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. Avoid using the cream on large areas of skin or for prolonged periods unless advised by a doctor. Do not apply to the face, groin, or underarms unless prescribed.

Side Effects:
Common side effects may include:

• Burning, stinging, or itching at the application site

• Dryness or redness of the skin

• Skin thinning with prolonged use
