Description

ALERSIF 30MG Oral Suspension contains Fexofenadine, a second-generation antihistamine that effectively blocks histamine receptors, thereby reducing allergy symptoms. It is commonly prescribed for:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Symptoms include sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy or watery eyes.

• Chronic Urticaria: Characterized by red, raised, and itchy skin hives.

This medication is suitable for children aged 6 years and above. It is typically taken once daily, preferably in the evening, to minimize potential drowsiness.

Dosage & Administration:

• Recommended Dose: 30 mg (5 ml) once daily.

• Administration: Shake well before use. Use the provided measuring cup or spoon to ensure accurate dosing. Can be taken with or without food.

• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose—do not double the dose.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include:

• Drowsiness or sleepiness

• Headache

• Dizziness

• Dry mouth

• Sore throat

• Nausea or diarrhea
