Description

Allerde 5mg Tablet, manufactured by East West Pharma, is a non-sedating antihistamine used to manage:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Symptoms like sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and itchy or watery eyes.

• Chronic Urticaria (Hives): Persistent skin rashes with itching and redness.

Desloratadine works by blocking histamine receptors, reducing allergic reactions without causing significant sedation. It is suitable for both adults and children aged 12 years and older. The tablet can be taken with or without food and is typically dosed once daily.

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults and Children (12 years and older): 1 tablet (5mg) once daily.

• Administration:

  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

  • Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.

  • Can be taken with or without food.

Precautions & Warnings:

• Allergy: Avoid if allergic to desloratadine or any other components.
