Description

ACENAV MR Tablet is a combination medication that targets pain and inflammation through its three active components:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): An NSAID that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, leading to a decrease in the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation.​

• Paracetamol (325 mg): Inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, leading to pain relief and fever reduction.​

• Thiocolchicoside (4 mg): A muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system to relieve muscle stiffness and spasms.​

Uses:

ACENAV MR Tablet is prescribed for:​

• Muscle pain​

• Muscle spasms​

• Back pain​

• Arthritis-related pain​

• Post-operative pain​

Dosage:

The typical dosage is one tablet taken once or twice daily, as directed by a healthcare provider. It is recommended to take the tablet with food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.​

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include:

• Nausea​

• Dizziness​

• Indigestion or abdominal pain​

• Headache​

• Rash or itching​

Serious side effects are rare but can include liver or kidney issues, especially with prolonged use.​
