Description

ACENAV PLUS Tablet is a therapeutic combination designed to provide comprehensive relief from pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions. The synergistic action of its components offers both pain relief and muscle relaxation.

Composition:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): An NSAID that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, leading to a decrease in the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation.​

• Paracetamol (325 mg): Inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, leading to pain relief and fever reduction.​

• Thiocolchicoside (4 mg): A muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system to relieve muscle stiffness and spasms.​

Mechanism of Action:

• Aceclofenac: Reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins).​

• Paracetamol: Relieves pain and reduces fever by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain.​

• Thiocolchicoside: Relieves muscle stiffness and improves muscle movement by acting on the spinal cord and brain.​

Dosage:
