Description

ACOTRUST 100MG TABLET is a medication that contains acotiamide, a prokinetic agent that enhances gastric motility. It is primarily used to manage functional dyspepsia, a condition characterized by symptoms like bloating after meals, early satiety (feeling full after consuming a small amount of food), and upper abdominal discomfort. By increasing the concentration of acetylcholine in the stomach, acotiamide promotes the movement of food from the stomach into the intestine, thereby improving digestion and reducing discomfort associated with functional dyspepsia.​

Dosage and Administration:

• Dosage: The typical dosage is 100 mg, taken before meals.
