Description

Alakast-F Tablet is a prescription medication formulated to manage symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and other allergic conditions. It combines two active ingredients:

• Montelukast (10 mg): A leukotriene receptor antagonist that works by blocking the action of leukotrienes, chemicals in the body that cause inflammation and narrowing of the airways. This helps in reducing swelling and mucus production in the nasal passages.

• Fexofenadine (120 mg): An antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, a substance responsible for allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and watery eyes.

Uses:

• Relief from symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, and itchy or watery eyes.

Dosage:

• Take one tablet daily, with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Side Effects:
