Description

Alex Junior Syrup combines two active ingredients:

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (5 mg/5 ml): A cough suppressant that acts on the brain’s cough center to reduce the urge to cough.

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg/5 ml): An antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes.
