Description

Alex SF Syrup contains:

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg per 5 ml): An antihistamine that reduces symptoms of allergy such as sneezing, runny nose, and itching.

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10 mg per 5 ml): A cough suppressant that acts on the brain’s cough center to reduce the urge to cough.

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg per 5 ml): A nasal decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.

This combination provides symptomatic relief from conditions like the common cold, allergic rhinitis, and other upper respiratory tract infections.
