Description

Alkof DX Syrup is manufactured by Alkem Laboratories Ltd and is commonly used to alleviate symptoms associated with dry cough and upper respiratory tract allergies. The active ingredients work synergistically:

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (4 mg): An antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10 mg): A cough suppressant that acts on the brain’s cough center to reduce the urge to cough.
