Description

Alsita-MP 500 Tablet SR is an antidiabetic medication that combines three active ingredients:

• Metformin (500 mg): A biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production and enhances insulin sensitivity.

• Pioglitazone (15 mg): A thiazolidinedione that increases insulin sensitivity in muscle, fat, and liver tissues.

• Sitagliptin (100 mg): A DPP-4 inhibitor that increases insulin production in response to meals and decreases glucagon secretion, reducing hepatic glucose production.

Together, these components work synergistically to lower blood glucose levels and reduce the risk of complications associated with type 2 diabetes, such as kidney damage, nerve issues, and cardiovascular events.

Dosage and Administration:

• Take the tablet whole with food to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
