Description

Composition:

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride – 15 mg

• Guaifenesin – 50 mg

• Levosalbutamol – 0.5 mg

Mechanism of Action:

• Ambroxol breaks down and thins mucus in the respiratory tract, making it easier to cough up and clear from the airways.

• Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles in the airways, helping to widen them and improve airflow, making breathing easier.

• Guaifenesin helps to loosen and clear mucus from the lungs by increasing the volume of secretions, which makes it easier to expel the mucus during coughing.

Common Indications:

• Relief of productive cough associated with bronchospasm in conditions such as bronchitis and bronchial asthma.

• Management of conditions associated with tenacious mucus, wheezing, and chest congestion.

Dosage and Administration:

• Children (6 years and above):

  • Dosage: As prescribed by the pediatrician.

  • Administration: Shake the bottle well before use. Administer the prescribed dose using the measuring cup provided.

• Note:

  • Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your child’s healthcare provider.

  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include:

• Nausea or vomiting

• Headache

• Dizziness

• Stomach upset

• Dry mouth or throat

• Tremors

• Tachycardia (increased heart rate)

• Palpitations

• Muscle spasms

Precautions:
