Arbitel-Trio 50 Tablet ER, manufactured by Micro Labs Ltd., is prescribed when single or dual antihypertensive therapies are insufficient. The combination of Cilnidipine, Metoprolol Succinate, and Telmisartan provides a comprehensive approach to controlling blood pressure.

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, reducing vascular resistance.
