Description

Arney 100 Tablet combines Sacubitril (49 mg), a neprilysin inhibitor, and Valsartan (51 mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). This combination works synergistically to relax blood vessels, reduce fluid retention, and improve heart function in patients with chronic heart failure. By inhibiting neprilysin, Sacubitril increases levels of natriuretic peptides, promoting vasodilation and diuresis. Valsartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, further aiding in blood pressure reduction and fluid balance. Together, they help alleviate symptoms, improve exercise capacity, and reduce the risk of hospitalization and death due to heart failure.

Dosage & Administration:

• Dosage: As prescribed by a healthcare provider.

• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.

• Frequency: Typically taken once or twice daily, with or without food.

• Dizziness or light-headedness (especially when standing up)

• Elevated potassium levels (hyperkalemia)
