Description

ARNEY 50 Tablet is a dual-action cardiovascular medication combining Sacubitril (24 mg) and Valsartan (26 mg). Sacubitril is a neprilysin inhibitor that enhances levels of natriuretic peptides, promoting vasodilation and diuresis, while Valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that reduces vasoconstriction and aldosterone release. Together, they improve cardiac function, alleviate symptoms of heart failure, and decrease the likelihood of hospitalization and mortality associated with chronic heart failure.

Dosage & Administration:

• Dosage: As prescribed by a healthcare provider.

• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.

• Frequency: Typically taken once or twice daily, with or without food.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness or light-headedness (especially when standing up)

• Elevated potassium levels (hyperkalemia)

• Cough

• Dizziness

• Kidney problems

Precautions:

• Pregnancy: Contraindicated; may harm the fetus.

• Breastfeeding: Not recommended; may pass into breast milk.
