Description

Atorbest 20mg Tablet is a lipid-lowering medication that contains Atorvastatin, a statin that works by inhibiting the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which plays a central role in the production of cholesterol in the liver. By reducing the production of cholesterol, Atorbest helps lower levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL or “bad” cholesterol) and triglycerides, while increasing high-density lipoprotein (HDL or “good” cholesterol).

Uses:

• Treatment of high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia)

• Management of high triglyceride levels

• Prevention of cardiovascular diseases, including heart attacks and strokes

Dosage and Administration:
