Description

AZULIX DM 2/10/500 Tablet is an oral anti-diabetic medication used in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines three active ingredients:

• Glimepiride (2 mg) – a sulfonylurea that increases insulin release from pancreatic beta cells.

• Dapagliflozin (10 mg) – an SGLT2 inhibitor that lowers blood glucose by increasing its excretion through urine.

• Metformin (500 mg) – a biguanide that reduces hepatic glucose production and enhances insulin sensitivity.
