Description

Active Ingredients:

• Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride (14.08 mg): A first-generation antihistamine that suppresses cough reflex and alleviates allergy symptoms like sneezing and runny nose.

• Ammonium Chloride (138 mg): An expectorant that helps loosen mucus in the respiratory tract, making it easier to cough up.

• Sodium Citrate (57.03 mg): Acts as an expectorant and helps in reducing the acidity of the mucus, facilitating easier expulsion.

• Ethanol (5% v/v): Serves as a solvent and preservative to maintain the syrup’s efficacy and shelf life.

Therapeutic Uses:

• Relieves dry, non-productive cough.

• Alleviates symptoms of the common cold, including nasal congestion, sneezing, and throat irritation.

• Eases allergic reactions causing respiratory discomfort.

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults and Children over 12 years: 10–20 ml every 4–6 hours.

• Children 6–12 years: 5–10 ml every 4–6 hours.

• Children under 6 years: Consult a healthcare professional before use.

Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the dose using the provided measuring cup. The syrup can be taken with or without food.
