Description

Benidin T Tablet is formulated to treat hypertension by combining two antihypertensive agents:

• Benidipine: A long-acting calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily, thereby lowering blood pressure.

• Chlorthalidone: A thiazide-like diuretic that helps the kidneys eliminate excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood volume and, consequently, blood pressure.

By addressing both vascular resistance and fluid retention, Benidin T Tablet offers a comprehensive approach to blood pressure management.

Dosage and Administration:

• Dosage: As prescribed by your healthcare provider.

• Administration: Take the tablet with or without food, preferably in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include:

• Dizziness or lightheadedness

• Headache

• Nausea or upset stomach

• Increased urination

• Muscle cramps

• Fatigue or weakness

Precautions:

• Dehydration: Chlorthalidone may cause dehydration. Ensure adequate fluid intake and inform your doctor if you experience extreme thirst, dry mouth, or muscle weakness.
