BIDIN-LS EYE DROPS

Description

BIDIN-LS Eye Drops is an ophthalmic formulation containing Brimonidine Tartrate 0.1%, a selective alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist. It is primarily used for the treatment of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Compared to the standard 0.2% formulation, the 0.1% concentration in BIDIN-LS is designed to reduce the risk of ocular side effects such as allergic conjunctivitis and eye redness, while still maintaining effective IOP-lowering action.

Mechanism of Action:
Brimonidine decreases aqueous humor production and increases uveoscleral outflow, thereby reducing intraocular pressure.
