Description

BISONEXT AM 2.5 Tablet combines two antihypertensive agents:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes vascular smooth muscles, leading to vasodilation and reduced peripheral resistance.

• Bisoprolol (2.5 mg): A selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that decreases heart rate and myocardial contractility, reducing cardiac output.
