Description

BRIGREL 90mg Tablet is a prescription antiplatelet medicine used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attacks and strokes. It is particularly beneficial for:

• Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), including those with unstable angina or recent myocardial infarction.

• Individuals who have undergone coronary stenting to prevent stent thrombosis.

• Patients with a history of ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attacks (TIAs).

Mechanism of Action:

BRIGREL contains Ticagrelor, a P2Y12 receptor antagonist. It works by inhibiting platelet aggregation, thus preventing the formation of harmful blood clots that can lead to heart attacks or strokes.

Dosage & Administration:

• Dosage: As prescribed by your doctor.

• Administration: Take orally, with or without food, at the same time each day.

• Note: Do not discontinue without consulting your healthcare provider, as stopping may increase the risk of cardiovascular events.

Precautions:

• Bleeding Risk: Increases the risk of bleeding; use caution if you have bleeding disorders.
