Description

BRITEL H Tablet is a prescription medication designed to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a hormone that causes blood vessels to constrict.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): A thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention.

Together, these components work to lower blood pressure, reducing the risk of strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.

Usage Instructions:

• Take the tablet as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not chew or crush.

• It can be taken with or without food.

• Take it at the same time each day for optimal results.
