Mechanism of Action:

Hyoscine Butylbromide relieves pain by acting on muscle spasms that cause discomfort.

Paracetamol blocks the production of prostaglandins, chemical messengers responsible for pain and fever.
Indications:

Relief from stronger abdominal cramps, including menstrual cramps and urinary tract spasms.
Dosage:

Adults and Children Over 10 Years: 1–2 tablets, 3 times daily.

Maximum 6 tablets per day.

Tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient water; do not chew.

Can be taken with or without food.
Side Effects:

Common: Dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation.
