Description

Cardace H 2.5mg Tablet is a combination antihypertensive medication used to manage mild to moderate hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains:

• Ramipril (2.5mg) – an ACE inhibitor that helps relax blood vessels and lowers blood pressure by preventing the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg) – a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that removes excess salt and water from the body, enhancing the blood pressure-lowering effect.

This lower-strength formulation is particularly suitable for patients initiating therapy or those requiring a mild dose due to age, kidney function, or sensitivity to higher doses.
