Description

CellCept 500mg Tablets are prescribed to prevent organ rejection in patients who have undergone kidney, heart, or liver transplants. The active ingredient, mycophenolate mofetil, inhibits the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes, which are critical components of the immune system responsible for attacking foreign tissues. By suppressing these immune cells, CellCept helps the body accept the transplanted organ as its own.
