CIPLAR-LA 40 mg Tablet, manufactured by Cipla Ltd, contains Propranolol Hydrochloride as its active ingredient. This medication works by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors, leading to a reduction in heart rate, myocardial contractility, and blood pressure. Uses:
