Description

Cita S Plus Tablet is manufactured by Crescent Pharma Ltd and is primarily prescribed for:

• Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

• Panic Disorder

• Depression with coexisting anxiety

Mechanism of Action

• Escitalopram: Increases serotonin levels in the brain, improving mood and reducing anxiety.

• Clonazepam: Enhances the effect of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that suppresses abnormal activity in the brain, producing a calming effect.

Common Side Effects

• Drowsiness or dizziness

• Nausea or vomiting

• Memory impairment

• Low sexual desire or erectile dysfunction

• Uncoordinated body movements

• Weight changes

Precautions

• Alcohol: Avoid consumption as it can exacerbate side effects.

• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use; potential risks to the fetus and infant exist.

• Liver & Kidney Disease: Use with caution; dose adjustments may be necessary.
