CLINGEN SUPOSITERS

Description

Clingen Vaginal Suppositories are prescribed to treat various vaginal infections, including bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections (candidiasis), and parasitic infections (trichomoniasis). They contain two active ingredients:

• Clindamycin (100 mg): An antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, preventing bacterial growth.

• Clotrimazole (100 mg): An antifungal that disrupts the cell membrane of fungi, leading to their death.

Together, these medications work synergistically to eliminate the microorganisms causing the infection.

Usage Instructions:

• Dosage: Follow your doctor’s prescription regarding the number of suppositories and the duration of treatment.

• Application: Insert the suppository into the vagina, preferably at bedtime, to allow it to dissolve and be absorbed overnight.

• Hygiene: Wash your hands before and after inserting the suppository.

Side Effects:

Common side effects may include vaginal burning sensation, itching, or irritation. If these persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider.

Precautions:

• Allergy: Do not use if allergic to Clindamycin, Clotrimazole, or any other components of the suppository.
