Description

Clobetamil G Cream is a dermatological preparation used for the treatment of skin infections and inflammatory skin disorders. It contains two active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%) – A highly potent corticosteroid that works by suppressing the release of inflammatory substances in the skin. It helps reduce swelling, redness, and itching in conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis.

• Gentamicin Sulphate (0.1%) – An aminoglycoside antibiotic effective against various gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It prevents bacterial growth on the affected skin, ensuring faster healing and preventing secondary infections.

• Bacterial skin infections

• Allergic skin conditions

• Eczema, psoriasis, and contact dermatitis

• Infected cuts, rashes, or insect bites

How to Use:

• Clean and dry the affected area.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream, usually 2–3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

• Avoid use on the face, groin, or underarms unless prescribed.

Side Effects:

• Skin thinning, irritation, dryness, burning sensation

• Prolonged use may lead to hormonal side effects or secondary infections

Precautions:

• Not for long-term or large area use without medical supervision
