Description

Clopol Ointment is a prescription-only topical treatment that combines two active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching by suppressing the immune response in the skin.

• Salicylic Acid (6%): A keratolytic agent that softens and sheds the outer layer of the skin, helping to remove scales and promote healing.

Indications:
Clopol Ointment is primarily used for:

• Psoriasis

• Eczema

• Seborrheic Dermatitis

• Ichthyosis Vulgaris

Dosage and Application:
Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your healthcare provider. Avoid using it on the face, groin, or underarms unless prescribed. Do not apply to broken or infected skin.

Side Effects:
Common side effects may include:

• Burning or stinging sensation at the application site

• Skin irritation or redness

• Dryness or peeling of the skin
