COMBIGAN – DROPS

Description

COMBIGAN Drops contain a fixed-dose combination of Brimonidine Tartrate and Timolol Maleate, two potent agents that work synergistically to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Brimonidine is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that decreases aqueous humor production and increases uveoscleral outflow, while Timolol is a non-selective beta-blocker that reduces aqueous humor production. Together, they provide enhanced pressure-lowering effects to help prevent optic nerve damage and preserve vision.
