Description

COMBIMIST L RESPULES contain a fixed-dose combination of Formoterol Fumarate, a long-acting beta-2 agonist (LABA), and Levosalbutamol Sulphate, a short-acting beta-2 agonist (SABA). Delivered as a nebulized solution, these RESPULES provide both rapid and sustained bronchodilation, making them effective for managing bronchospasm associated with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Formoterol works by relaxing airway smooth muscle to provide long-lasting relief, while levosalbutamol offers quick relief from acute bronchospasm. The combination helps improve airflow, reduce respiratory distress, and enhance lung function.
