Description

COMBIPAT Eye Drops contain a combination of Timolol Maleate (a non-selective beta-blocker) and Pilocarpine (a cholinergic agent). This dual-action formulation helps reduce elevated intraocular pressure by decreasing aqueous humor production and increasing its outflow, making it effective in managing glaucoma and ocular hypertension.

Timolol works by reducing fluid production inside the eye, while pilocarpine increases drainage through the trabecular meshwork. The combination provides enhanced pressure control to prevent optic nerve damage and vision loss.
